In the first phase, we conduct the TND scan.
The TND scan provides you with valuable information about your prospective startup or acquisition regarding tax, accounting, and employee benefits. It also provides insight into what needs to be arranged under Dutch law.
The TND scan costs €2,500 excluding VAT, which is a one-time fee. If you use our other services in the follow-up phase, these costs will be deducted from your bill.

TND SCAN
The Netherlands Desk scans your company and your plans
Drawing on our accounting expertise, we will provide an analysis of the tax and financial issues you, as an entrepreneur, face when starting your intended business in the Netherlands. We will also provide advice on the best legal structure for your business.
In the case of a takeover of an existing legal entity, an indication will be given of the points of attention that must be addressed in the takeover discussions or the Due Diligence investigation.
Regarding Employee Benefits, in addition to advice on pensions, sick leave, and other collective arrangements for your employees, an analysis is carried out to determine whether the company is required to join a BPF or collective labor agreement.
